     Cancellation Policy for Lessons

    SITUATION      DETAILS      REFUND INFORMATION
  7 days or more before programme. Written notification is received 7 business days, or more, prior to the programme start date Receive a refund, less a $50.00 fee.
  Less than 7 days. Written notification is received less than 7 business days prior to the programme start date. *No refund or credit will be issued.
  Programme has ended. Written notification is received after the programme has ended. No refund or credit will be issued.
  Programme is cancelled. A registrant can not be accommodated due to
insufficient enrolment or we cancel your programme for other reasons. 		Receive a full refund.  Transfers will be made wherever possible.
  Participant is removed from the programme by the Club staff. A participant is withdrawn by our staff due to programme incompatibility.

 

 Receive a pro-rated refund, less a $50.00 fee.

 

    

     Cancellation Policy for Memberships

     A 100% refund will be offered if you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your membership.  No refunds will be offered after 7 days of your membership registration.

 

     Court Bookings & Round Robins
     48 hours cancellation notice is required for court bookings and Round Robins.  Failure to comply will result in a cancellation fee equal to the court fee or Round Robin. 
     For court bookings, the person who booked the court will be charged the full court fee to the Visa on his or her account.

     Junior House League
     48 hours cancellation notice is required for the Junior House League.  Failure to comply will result in a $20 cancellation fee.  The Visa on file will be charged.

     Rain Policy: Spring & Summer Lessons
     All classes that are rained out will be made up at the end of the session.  A class is officially deemed a rainout if less than 30 minutes are played.

     Rain Policy: Summer Tennis Camp
     If rainouts exceed one day per session, you may organize a makeup day in another session.  A half day is officially deemed a rainout if less
     than 1 hour of tennis is played.  A full day is officially deemed a rainout if less than 2 hours of tennis are played.

     Registration Waiver
     In enrolling at Blackmore Tennis Club, Crossland Tennis Club or Richmond Hill Lawn Tennis Club, the participant understands that he/she attending the programs

     and using Blackmore Tennis Club, Crossland Tennis Club or Richmond Hill Lawn Tennis Club and the facilities does so at his/her own risk. Blackmore Tennis Club,

     Crossland Tennis Club or Richmond Hill Lawn Tennis Club and its owners, employees or agents, shall not be liable for any damage whatsoever arising from any

     personal injury or property loss sustained by participant with his/her family in or about any programs on the premises. Participants and parents assume full responsibility

     for all injuries and damages which occur in or about any programs on the premises, He/She does hereby fully and forever release discharged hold harmless Blackmore

     Tennis Club, Crossland Tennis Club or Richmond Hill Lawn Tennis Club, all associated facilities and its owner, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands,

     damages or rights of action, present or future resulting from any person’s participation in any programs or use of the facility. In addition, he/she agree(s) to follow the rules of

     conduct and play set by Blackmore Tennis Club, Crossland Tennis Club or Richmond Hill Lawn Tennis Club.  Failure to do so may result in suspension from participation.

     Consent: I the undersigned parent or guardian/participant do hereby grant authority to the staff at Blackmore Tennis Club, Crossland Tennis Club or Richmond Hill Lawn

     Tennis Club to render a judgment concerning medical assistance or hospital care in the event of an accident or illness during my absence. I do hereby authorize Blackmore

     Tennis Club, Crossland Tennis Club or Richmond Hill Lawn Tennis Club, and its assigns to utilize any and all photographs, pictures or other likeness of me or anyone

     assigned guardianship to me, as they deem appropriate in its promotional materials or team films.
 

     Additional Summer Camp Waiver - Richmond Hill location: Swimming (applicable for afternoon and full day campers only):

     I give permission for my child to travel by school bus to the Centennial Pool.

     * Swimming is optional.  If you do not want your child to swim, your child can remain on site to play tennis.
